Nusic presents…

A free panel Q+A – focused on streaming, social media (TikTok), web3, radio + more. In one evening, for free – you can meet, learn from, and ask questions to key industry humans in the streaming, radio, web3, and social media worlds.

Workshop speakers

Victoria Jane – Host of BBC Radio 1’s ‘Future Soul’ show. Alongside being an artist herself, she’s hosted events for BBC Music Introducing, Parklife Festival, plus has interviewed people like Bruno Mars, Anderson .Paak and more.

Sian Eleri – Host of BBC Radio 1’s ‘Chillest Show’ and their ‘Power Down Playlist’.

Gemma Bradley – Host of BBC Radio 1’s ‘BBC Introducing’ show. As well as being a musician and songwriter herself.

What is it?
The Workshop will take its usual public Q&A format aiming to help Nottingham musicians acquire the knowledge and skills they need to get to wherever they want to go with their music. The Workshop will focus on some key areas in making music your living in 2022 – streaming, social media, web3, radio and more.

Do I need a ticket?
Yes. A free one. You won’t be allowed in without a ticket – this is to help manage capacity.

When Does it Start?
Doors are 5.15pm for the advice fair. The panel Q+A starts at 6.00pm.

Why should I care?
Assuming you want to make a living from your music – this Workshop will tell you how you can use tools that are free to you – to increase the chances of that happening.

What about the usual Spread the Love // put my hand up and say HALLO bit?
Yup – at the end any musician can share what they’re looking for – whether it’s a bassist, a photographer, or the meaning of life. You’ll even get a countdown clock.

Q&A Session: 6.00pm – 7.15pm
