WRAP – Writing, Reading and Pleasure

For the next WRAP Live! event Dr Becky Cullen welcomes Shauna O’Briain to chat about her performance and writing career as MC Angel. They’ll be discussing how Shauna’s writing has been shaped by her experience of growing up on a council estate as a white, working class queer woman. Inspired by Shauna’s memoir Moments of Significance, they’ll touch on positivity, mental health, and self-expression.

Shauna will perform live, and the audience will also hear from WRAP students sharing writing inspired by her writing and performance masterclasses.
