Roger Monkhouse – A gangly bald man spitting satire at the world at large. One of our favourites since Xmas 1994. “Unfailingly entertaining and skilfully able to pull punch lines, seemingly, out of thin air” Chortle

Tom Taylor – Rather a peculiar looking being. Instantly laughable. Annoyingly clever jokes and some rather silly ones. “Immediately very funny, the best jumper in comedy and really really well written jokes” Isy Suttie

Simon Wozniak – One of the best of the newer comics. Laughy laughy laugh laugh… so will “Funny guy, natural talent.” Geoff Norcott, Live at the Apollo, BBC Two

Dave Longley – One of our favourites, and a regular compere at a few of our clubs. “Acid tongued and as sharp as a barrel full of tacks. As intense and intelligent performer as you’re likely to see” – The List

Just the Tonic has been producing comedy shows in Nottingham for over 25 years. They have now found a new home in Metronome. Described by many comedians as one of the best comedy venues in the country. With Just the Tonic’s notorious reputation for the best comedy line ups in the country, you can be sure you are getting one of the best nights in town.

Seated gigs offer disabled access within the first three rows inside the venue.
Standing gigs offer accessibility for disabled patrons in our mezzanine. We will always do our best to accommodate individual requirements, and other viewing options may be available at standing gigs following a risk assessment of the event.
