Incredible cast, hilarious show with FREE tickets up for grabs!

Come and see the next big radio comedy, and be part of the action as a live studio audience member.

Dead British is an improvised comedy interview show. The interviewer knows the person from British history they are meeting, but the improviser taking on the role has no idea who they are about to play.

Recorded in front of a live audience at Metronome, one brave improviser will be supported by a cast to recreate a historical character in a whole new light. Unlike history, this show has no script.

The show will air in January on national digital radio station Union JACK, renowned for its original and innovative British comedy content.

Will Naameh (also known as MC Hammersmith) – Part of Spontaneous Potter (the touring improvised Harry Potter show) and also a freestyle rapper who tours with his own show, Will brings the party every time. Watch him improvising an entire rap on TV about random items here

Jenny Rowe and Rhiannon Vivian – Jenny and Rhiannon tour internationally with award-winning improv group The Maydays. They have received standing ovations around the world and are regarded as some of the UK’s best musical improvisers.

Ki Shah – Ki is one of the leading lights in the Leicester improvised comedy scene. She’s performed in some of the city’s biggest improv shows and is on the board of Upstairs At The Western, Leicester’s pub theatre.

Joe Samuel – Joe is the musical director for the award-winning improv group The Maydays. He can take almost any style and create improvised music in seconds. He has been called upon to be the musician for some improv greats including Colin Mochrie and Mike McShane.
