Murray A. Lightburn is the founder, lead vocalist and principal songwriter for Canadian indie-rock veterans The Dears. Lightburn is a trailblazer of the Canadian scene with a distinguished catalog of work that includes two highly-regarded solo albums and eight critically acclaimed albums leading The Dears alongside his wife, Natalia Yanchak.

Lightburn’s music is rooted in a dark, orchestral pop sound built around lushly produced lamentations on the melodrama of modern life.

Chloe Rodgers

Reminiscent of artists like Bjork and Liz Fraser, Chloe’s vocal delivery is a natural phenomenon. With influences that stretch from PJ Harvey to Billie Eilish, she notes Thom Yorke as her biggest inspiration.

Her first two singles lapped up tastemaker praise from the likes of Wonderland, Under The Radar, CLASH, Record of The Day and many more and a string of future releases at the ready.
