Confetti are hosting a gig night at Metronome with live music to raise money for the Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC), a charity that provides aid for people affected by disasters worldwide, such as the Turkey/Syria earthquakes, the Ukraine War and the Pakistan floods.

The event will be compered by BBC Nottingham radio host, Dean Jackson, an advocate for providing emerging artists with a platform to showcase their music. As part of BBC Music Introducing, Dean has helped launch the careers of local stars, including Clifton’s Jake Bugg and global superstars like Ed Sheeran.

The gig is free entry, all that we ask is for a small donation (whatever you can afford) when booking your tickets to support the humanitarian efforts. You’re also welcome to make a donation via Confetti’s JustGiving page.

A number of great student singer-songwriters and bands will be performing, the line-up includes:

  • Ada Blue – alternative acoustic pop
  • Ellie Stainsby – acoustic singer/songwriter
  • Charlotte Moon – folk
  • Rawshack – rock
  • Slendz – rap/hip hop
  • Smokey Penny – alt rock

The bar will be open for over 18s. ID required!

Please be aware that this event will include flashing lights/images.

Accessibility

Seated gigs offer disabled access within the first three rows inside the venue.
Standing gigs offer accessibility for disabled patrons in our mezzanine. We will always do our best to accommodate individual requirements, and other viewing options may be available at standing gigs following a risk assessment of the event.
