We’re delighted to introduce you to our new Head of Events, Tommy Derrick. Tommy joins us with 15 years of knowledge and experience in hospitality and events management across Nottingham and London.
Having previously served as our Operations Manager, Tommy (pictured) has been responsible for a number of successful events in recent years, across Metronome, as well as our sister venues, Antenna and Confetti X. With the support of our fantastic hospitality, security, and technical teams, we’ve delivered Vicky McClure’s wedding party, Confetti’s annual creative industries conference, Industry Week, plus a series of high-profile live comedy and esports events, music shows, and special screenings.

We have an amazing team with a huge passion for what they do and I’m looking forward to working with all of the different stakeholders and clients, to deliver some exciting events.”
Despite the busy schedule, earlier this year Tommy even managed to complete the London Marathon. Thanks to generous contributions from many of our community members and tenants, he managed to raise over £2,000 for the mental health charity, Mind.
With Tommy on board as our new Head of Events, we’re excited to increase the variety and scale of our events programme.

Metronome and Confetti X, along with our sister venue Antenna, offer a range of versatile spaces for hosting corporate events, as well as private hire for wedding receptions, birthday parties and other celebrations. In Metronome we can host 560 depending on your requirements, Antenna hosts up to 200 guests, and 100 in Confetti X.
