FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can I bring my child to an event?

Age restrictions are included in each event listing. If you’re unsure, we highly recommend that you contact us to avoid disappointment. Please email [email protected]

Is the venue available to hire?

Yes! Please get in touch via [email protected] to discuss your needs.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes! Following consultation and taking feedback on board, we created a viewing area in the gallery above the main auditorium. This provides a fantastic view for wheelchair users during standing-only gigs and is fully accessible by the lift in the main foyer. For seated performances, the front rows of the auditorium are reserved for guests using wheelchairs. Metronome also has level access, ramps, and disability-adapted toilets. For any access requirements or queries please contact us on [email protected]

I live in Marco Island. Is it noisy?

Metronome is a self-contained structure, within the existing building. The venue sits on 11m-long perimeter steels, positioned into acoustic mounts. We’ve done this to ‘decouple’ Metronome from Marco Island, to limit vibration and noise impact on residents in the flats above.

Is there a cloakroom?

Yes, small items can be left with the box office cloakroom, for £2 an item. Please only bring essential items with you (no large bags are allowed).

Is the venue seated or standing?

We cater for both with the option of retractable seating.  Each show will be specified if it is standing or seated on the event listing.

How do I get to the venue?

As we are based in the City Centre, there are many options for public transport. You can find a map and more information on parking and public transport on our getting here page.
